The malleable Hodge pessary, available with or without a supporting membrane, is primarily used for first or mild seconddegree prolapse and cystocele. This pessary, designed to be manually shaped for individual fitting, is usually prescribed for reproductive-aged women who prefer conservative therapy. Use caution and follow doctor’s instruction before undergoing MRI.
